Participation in the action «We invite you to be seated»

To participate in the action you should register yourself up to 12 May 2016 12:00 inclusive.

If your team is already registered in some other team form of the Project (multimedia contest, virtual map), you should confirm your participation in actions using your Virtual Office (the link "Register in other competitions of the project").

You need to have an e-mail to participate in the action.

After filling in the Registration Form the team will receive an e-mail where there will be a request to confirm the application. To finish the registration click on the link.

After confirmation of the application a registration letter will be sent, where one can find a login and a password for participation in the action.

The registered participants (creative teams) send their reports about their events up to 12 May 2016 inclusive using their Virtual Office on the Project's web-site.

Common work requirements

  • The quantity of works which may be submitted by a team is not limited.
  • The submitted works should correspond to the theme and reflect its essence.
  • The usage of photos breaking the rights of third parties and of existing logos is not allowed.
  • The usage of others' audio and video, drawings, photos as well as plagiarism is not allowed.

Those works not corresponding to the Regulations of the international Internet-project «Friendship bridges» or to its technical requirements may be rejected.

Requirements to informational materials (photo report)

  • Informational materials (photos + texts) are to be uploaded to the Project's website (use Virtual Office). You should also fill in the information about each photograph: the name, the place, where the photo was taken, a short commentary describing the actions (not more than 600 signs).
  • Admissible file format of the contest work: JPEG (*.jpg) high quality.
  • Maximum image size on the wide side – 1600 pixels.
  • The admissible file value: not more than 5 MB.
  • You can upload a few photos at the time. Don’t forget to comment each photo.
  • Using other people`s photos, plagiarism, installation snapshot of the fragments and the addition of elements that are absent in the photo are not allowed.
  • Using logos, copyrights and signatures are not allowed.
  • Fair treatment of photographs in order to improve image quality (reducing "red-eye", improving color, sharpness adjustment level etc.) is allowed.

 Requirements to informational materials (video report):

  • Informational materials (video files) are to be uploaded to the Project's website (use Virtual Office). You should also fill in the information about each photograph: the name, the place, where the photo was taken, a short commentary describing the actions (not more than 600 signs).
  • The technical requirements to the works in the format of video
  • Length – not more than 5 minutes
  • image ratio – 4:3 or 16:9
  • the maximum video resolution – 640х480 pixels
  • the acceptable file value – not more than 40 МB.
  • the admissible file formats: asf, avi, divx, flv, mov, mp4, mpeg, wmv, xvid.
  • The admissible codecs for the video:
    • Video: mpeg-4(divx, xvid), h264, mpeg-2, mpeg-1, vp6, wmv8, wmv9.
    • Аudio: mp3, wma, aac, ogg vorbis, ac3

The participants’ works must not:

  • Brake existing laws, honour and dignity, protected by law rights and interests of third parties;
  • Stimulate religious, race and international discord;
  • Contain scienes of violence or animals inhuman treatment;
  • Be of obscene or offencive character;
  • Contain explicit or implicit promotion of narcotic drugs;
  • Brake the intellectual property and allied rights of third parties;
  • Be of a pornographic character;
  • Contain commercials in any form.
