The conditions of participation

The participation in the competition is team.

To participate in the action «The Alley of Friendship» you should register your team up to 12 May 2015 inclusive.

If your team is already registered in some other team form of the Project (actions «Children Enlighten the World», multimedia project competition) you should confirm your participation in action «The Alley of Friendship» using your Virtual Office (the link "Register in other competitions of the project").

You need to have an e-mail to participate.

After filling in the Registration Form the team will receive an e-mail where there will be a request to confirm the application. To finish the registration click on the link.

After confirmation of the application a registration letter will be sent, where one can find a login and a password for participation in the Action.

The registered teams submit their reports on the held actions up to 12 May 2015 inclusive using their Virtual Office on the Project's web-site.

Common requirements of participation in the action

1. The photos are to be uploaded to the Project's website (use Virtual Office). You should also fill in the information about each photograph: the name, the place, where the photo was taken, a short commentary describing the actions (not more than 600 signs). Don't forget to mark the place on the Project's map using the following instructions:
   • open your team's Virtual Office, link at "works uploading. "The Alley of Friendship", further "Photos";
   • click on «add an image»;
   • OBLIGATORY! mark the place on the map, where you took the photo: click on any place in the map and then zooming in move the marker ("comma") to the place you need.
   • Click on "browse" button and attach the photo, then click on "upload". Wait till the photo is uploaded.
2. Admissible file format of the contest work: JPEG (*.jpg) high quality.
3. The admissible file value: not more than 5 MB.

The participants’ photos must not:

• Brake existing laws, honour and dignity, protected by law rights and interests of third parties;
• Stimulate religious, race and international discord;
• Contain scienes of violence or animals inhuman treatment;
• Be of obscene or offencive character;
• Contain explicit or implicit promotion of narcotic drugs;
• Brake the intellectual property and allied rights of third parties;
• Be of a pornographic character;
• Contain commercials in any form.
