Participation in the Competition

Participation in the Competition – individual.

To be a participant of the Competition you need to register yourself till the 22d of November 2013 year inclusive.

If you are already registered in some other individual competition of the Project (Photo Competition, Drawing Competition), just confirm your participation in the Research works Competition using your Virtual Office (the link "Register in the other Project competitions").

To participate in the Competition you need to have an e-mail address.

After you fill in the registration form, you will be sent an e-mail, containing a request to confirm your application. To finish the registration you should click on the link, which will be in the e-mail.

After the confirmation of the application you'll be sent an e-mail, giving you the information about your finished registration, your password and login for participation in the Competition.

Then you, being a registered participant of the Project should submit your works till the 22d of November 2013 year inclusive using your Virtual Office which is on the web-site of the Project.

The main regulations

  1. The quantity of works which may be submitted by a participant is not restricted (each work in a separate file). Before uploading the works, which refer to one and the same topic, pack them into one archive.
  2. The work should satisfy the Competition topic and reflect its essence.
  3. The work should be made by a participant (not by a team), who should do the thing on his own.
  4. The works, which do not satisfy the International Internet-project "Friendship Bridges" regulations, and technical Competition requirements, can be rejected by the Organizing Committee.

Тhe requirements to works

  1. The acceptable file formats – электронный документ в одном из форматов *.txt, *.doc, *.rtf, *.docx, *.odt.
  2. The acceptable fonts: Times New Roman, Arial, Courier (Courier New). The acceptable sizes: 12 or 14 points, single line spacing.
  3. The document's margins should be at least 2 cm each.
  4. Paper size: A4.
  5. The pictures (photos) are to be included in the document by inserting of a graphic object (picture).
  6. Macros may not be included in the document.
  7. In the upper part of the document's page you should put your login (you may do it by the usage of headers).
  8. The document's size is to be not more than 600 КB.

The participants' works must not

  • brake the existing laws, injure the other people's honor, dignity and rights protected by law;
  • provoke religious-, race- and nationality-difference conflicts;
  • contain scenes of violence or cruelty to animals;
  • be of offensive or obscene character;
  • contain explicit or implicit drugs advertisement;
  • injure copyrights;
  • be of a pornographic character;
  • contain any commercials.
